y~pow1*tau1/x*(1-exp(-x/tau1)) + pow2/((1+x/1200)^(alpha))

functional clone of the WKO4 model

(now to be truthful, i have no way of knowing what the WKO4 model actually is as that’s a secret but since you now have a non-secret model that gives the same curve fit you probably want to use the non-secret one)

http://djconnel.blogspot.com/2014/02/testing-5-parameter-vs-4-parameter.html

taking Dan’s model

and making the Flock modification of

holding tau2 constant at 1200

and letting alpha stay free as a fitted parameter

which gets us into a fairly weird place of

i don’t know

…

what where we even trying to accomplish here

?

pow1*tau1 by the way can be rewritten as W’

so

why was andy renaming it

?

i can understand

renaming the CP

as its getting to the point of hardly resembling CP

…

whats interesting though

is

for my few data sets atleast

sum; x/t+tau

fits these data sets better

….
